Exceptional guest service throughout the stay.

The soundproofing in our room was terrible. We could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep. the air conditioning didn't function properly. the room was uncomfortably stuffy. the lack of room quality significantly marred our experience.

Just back from a braw holiday! The staff were pure amazing, especially Robert at the American Diner, who treated us so well. The themed dinners were a highlight, especially the Cypriot night. Only downside, could've used a wee bit more veggie options at the buffet. cracking experience!

Amazing family getaway!

Our stay was super fun! The pools were awesome for the kids, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the themed dinners, especially the BBQ night. A little bummer was the crowd at the adults-only pool. it got a bit cramped. the place is a perfect family spot!

Our room was spacious with a nice side sea view, which was a great perk. It was spotless and looked freshly renovated, making it feel inviting. The mini bar was stocked daily, but I wish we had a couple of beers in it too. Honestly, the only downside was feeling a bit cramped when it got busy, especially around the pools. it was pretty comfy!
